I've always loved food and loved to eat but I didn't really start thinking about the food I ate until I was pregnant with my first child. 

 

I grew up eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted without any thought to whether it was good for me or not. For all my teenage life and most of my early twenties and basically ate junk food. The chip truck across the street from my office was my go-to food (almost everyday)! Although I was vegetarian, I rarely ate vegetables!

 

It was only when my husband and I decided to have our first baby that I really started to pay attention to exercise and nutrition. Two kids later and I couldn't be more glad of the choices I've made for the health and well being of me and my family.

 

I'm now a Dr. Sears certified Health Coach as well as an Internationally Certified Prenatal Fitness Educator. In addition to my health and nutrition services, I'll also be sharing tons of tips, recipes and my favourite things for my family on my blog.
